Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Positive mental health allows people to cope better with stress, work more productively and make meaningful contributions to their families and wider communities.

1 in 7 people will experience mental health problems in the workplace. This week, in partnership with GroceryAid we are sharing 7 top tips to promote emotional wellbeing and tackle poor mental health.

As well as sharing information during this important week we are launching the next phase in our wellbeing programme, kicking off with a session on mindfulness in the workplace. This session will give our colleagues practical tips on building resilience, managing stress and improving their personal wellbeing in the workplace.
